Thanks Janine. I look forward to the conversations!
I may be wrong but would I be right in thinking there has not been much activity on this site recently or am I missing something?
No I dont know Jayne it would be good to hook up with her if I can help. i must admit as an occupational therapist and a life coach I really do believe that there so much that can be done even before chronic care is required in terms of supporting people with healthier coping mechanisms, stress and anxiety management, support with life balance. Not sure what has been happening in chronic care. What is Flinders? Many thanks, Liz
Have not explored yet but will over the coming weeks. Hope this resource helps others. If I have anything to contribute I certainly will. Many thanks. Take care, Liz
Things going well in Whangarei - just finishing off my Masters.
Flinders is still being used in Manaia with CarePlus.
Look forward to seeing the changes to the tools.
Kind Regards
