- Briefly describe what aspects of chronic care, self management, health literacy, consumer perspective or quality improvement interest you?
- As a new Stanford Master Trainer and the coordinator of a workstream which includes self management for the roll out of our new diabetes project, i am interested in all these aspects and how they can be better implemented in our region, for the improved health and wellbeing of our community.
