Briefly describe what aspects of chronic care, self management, health literacy, consumer perspective or quality improvement interest you?: As a nurse I am interested in how people with long term conditions use personal technologies for self-care. These technologies could include Personal Health Records, telemedicine and telemonitoring. I am particularly interested in the consumer's perspective - how do they use personal technologies for self-care and how do they want to use them? Health literacy is part of this question.
