Flinders is a structured appproach to self management assessment and multidiscplinary care planning. Developed by Flinders University in Australia. Now used in number of countries and number of clinicians, OTs, nurses, etc in NZ have done the 2 day training. Visit the website at http://som.flinders.edu.au/FUSA/CCTU/self_management.htm
