Briefly describe what aspects of chronic care, self management, health literacy, consumer perspective or quality improvement interest you?
I currently work in the area of pain management and so this is my current area of interest, though in the wider realm I am very interested in enabling and supporting people to become active self-managers (regardless of health condition) and feel this is a significant area where health needs to keep moving forward to not only support clients but to also support our health workforce to work more within the chronic care model. I have been involved in running and helping develop Pain management and Arthritis group programmes and have a real passion for involvement in group programmes as the power of the group can be great in helping people make shifts in how they self-manage. I've curently just completed the Flinders programme to am keen to try this out in practice.

Beloved, Mrs.Angela from United States but live in France. I saw your name and it looks very familiar. Can you contact me on my email (anglbria01@gmail.com) for full details God bless you.
Good day, I picked interest in you after going through your short profile and demanding it is necessary for me to write to you immediately. I have something very important to discuss with you, but I found it difficult to express myself here, since it's a public site.Could you please get back to me on (ronaldmorr001@gmail.com) for full details. Best regards, Ronald Morris.
Welcome to the LTC Network website. Sounds like you are doing some great work. Yes, group work can be really effective isn't it. We are running some groups based on the Stanford Pain programme and finding it can really help.
Did you get to the Australasian Long-term Conditions Conference in April and hear Ed Wagner?
You may like to join the Flinders group and if you use the Stanford programme, there is a Stanford group and trainers group.
