Briefly describe what aspects of chronic care, self management, health literacy, consumer perspective or quality improvement interest you?: I have epilepsy, pre diabetebes, asthma, hayfever, and have many more symptoms so i like to keep an eye open on whats out there for me, Ive been married for 27 years, have 4 grown adults and 7 grandchildren

Thanks for popping by. You are welcome to look around and we're always keen for consumer input.

Much of the content is likely to be of more interest to health providers, however we're keen for consumer input in all we do as you're the one living with so many health conditions and issues on a day to day basis!

We haven't been very active on this site this year. Hoping to pick things up more again next year.
