Briefly describe what aspects of chronic care, self management, health literacy, consumer perspective or quality improvement interest you?: I am interested in improving the healthcare experience for consumers whilst delivering better outcomes on a population level. I am a strong believer in the key role of primary care in a changing healthcare landscape with increasing demands on our limited healthcare resources. Achieving good integration of care and appropriate sharing of information between different providers and consumers relies on good IT infrastructure and fostering an environment of mutual trust and respect.
