We added the question re chronic care as we had started getting a few spammers and this seems to have stopped it for now at least!

Last night I changed this from the Self Mangement Network to Long-Term Conditions Network since we already have over 100 people on this network and starting another from scratch takes time and another monthly hosting cost.

we need to come up with some ways of keeping this site fresh and worth visiting.

At the moment there's not much discussion so sent a few emails last night to hopefully get some more people on board with the Stanford Master Trainers group.
