Briefly describe what aspects of chronic care, self management, health literacy, consumer perspective or quality improvement interest you?
I am a registered nurse with Public Health, ENT, Research, Practice Nurse, Tobacco Control, Primary Health Nurse Educator, Clinical Coordinator. I have been married for 37 years have 4 children and 4 grandsons.
I am the Team Leader for a Primary Health care, Maori owned Mobile Nurse-Led clinic.
I came home in April 2009 to the Kaipara to establish this office in Helensville, which now boasts 4 Specialist Nurses,Quit Smoking Practitioner, Alcohol and Drug counsellors, Community Health workers and clinical administrator. The DSME program will be a valuable asset to the already skilled team.
