WORKING TOGETHER CONFERENCE
IMPLEMENTING CHRONIC CONDITION SELF MANAGEMENT IN PRACTICE
The conference program will feature key note presentations by Professors Kate Lorig (USA) , Malcolm Battersby (Australia), Patrick McGowan (Canada) and Susan Reid (New Zealand)
The conference will offer service providers, researchers and consumer representatives the opportunity to hear about advances in the different approaches to chronic condition management (including the Stanford and Flinders Programs), health literacy, evidence based practice in action and men’s health.
