Does the LTC Network hosted on the Health Navigator site like we have at the moment work for you? Would you prefer it to become a Facebook group or a Linkedin Group? or other.......

What sort of topics/content/style would you like?

I haven't participated as yet but do like the Network on the Health Navigator site, Whats working well in paticular if you have Mobile GP?  What do you recommend as an effective and efficient mobile team?  Also, has anyone a successful funding model?
